Following Alabama's BCS win over LSU last year, one fan got a little bit carried away. Brian Downing found a passed out LSU fan at a fast food restaurant and tea bagged him. The incident was caught on video, went viral, and Downing got arrested and charged with sexual battery.

Now Downing has entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor, pleading guilty to an obscenity charge in exchange for the sexual battery charge being dropped. Downing could serve up to 2 years, a might lighter sentence than sexual battery, which can run up to 10 and comes with a life time penalty of being listed on a sexual offender registry.
