Justin Zielke

A Milton teacher who was previously charged with making, possessing, and distributing child pornography is facing new charges. Justin Zielke, 44, was accused of using various personas to lure children online. Police recently added 28 charges against him, including voyeurism, extortion, sexual assault, and obtaining sexual services from a minor. On February 2022, Zielke allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in Brampton. Zielke, who worked at St. Vincent Catholic Elementary School between 2014 and 2016, St. Matthew Catholic Elementary School, and St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School in Milton, remains in custody since January 2023.

The Halton Regional Police Service – Internet Child Exploitation Unit investigated Justin Zielke for months. In December 2022, he was charged with three counts of making, possessing, and distributing child pornography. The police alleged that he used various online personas like “Dan Forest,” “D+lband202,” “Noah,” and “Martin Rivalo” to lure children online. They found explicit images and videos of children on his devices, which he reportedly paid to get children from around the world to perform sexual acts. On May 2, 2023, 28 new charges were added to his previous charges, which include voyeurism, extortion, sexual assault, and obtaining sexual services from a minor.

Justin Zielke was a teacher at St. Vincent Catholic Elementary School between 2014 and 2016, where he taught math and science. Prior to that, he taught at St. Matthew Catholic Elementary School. After 2016, he worked at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Elementary School in Milton, where he was teaching at the time of his arrest. The school board fired him immediately after learning of his charges in December 2022.

The police allege that Justin Zielke sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl in Brampton in February 2022. They claim that he met with the victim in person and assaulted her. The police found evidence of the sexual assault on his devices, which they seized during their investigation.
